Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 online money game को skill, chance या दोनों पर आधारित होने के बावजूद broadly define करता है। Sections 5–7 online money games offer करने, related ads और fund transfers को prohibit करते हैं। 2026 Rules 1 May 2026 से effective हैं। इस directory में referral या landing-page link होना legal classification, permission, safety या official status साबित नहीं करता। यह general information है, legal advice नहीं।
App खोलने से पहले money limit और time limit तय करें। Loss chase न करें, खेलने के लिए उधार न लें, जरूरी household money इस्तेमाल न करें और खर्च recover करने के लिए bonus पर depend न रहें।
Secrecy, stress, missed work, debt, बार-बार deposit, arguments या loss वापस जीतने की urge हो तो pause करें। Available होने पर operator self-exclusion और account-limit tools इस्तेमाल करें।
Unique password रखें, OTP/PIN private रखें, support contact के साथ screen share न करें और install/payment से पहले सही package और domain verify करें।
18 से कम उम्र या आपके location में restriction होने पर आगे न बढ़ें। Rules state और game type के अनुसार बदलते हैं; doubt होने पर qualified local advice लें।
