Only limited technical data is used to operate the directory and prevent inflated counts.
The server creates a one-way hash from limited connection information and a private server secret. It uses that hash to deduplicate visits by day and download clicks by hour. Raw IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not stored in the analytics tables.
A session cookie supports security, admin login and a site-wide age confirmation for the current browser session. A language cookie remembers English or Hindi. The interface may use local storage for saved games and the visual age-confirmation state.
